Training of commanders according to NATO standards
— is a process of training military leaders, which includes education and training in NATO doctrines and procedures, with a special emphasis on leadership, operational planning, decision-making and the use of modern military technologies. This training prepares commanders to effectively manage units in the conditions of the Russian-Ukrainian war, other multinational military operations and interaction with the armed forces of other NATO member states in the interests of Ukraine.
