We are creating a national support network for veterans, leveraging their experience to strengthen national defense, and shaping a new level of veteran leadership in society.

To unite the efforts of society, the state, and business to comprehensively support veterans and ensure their active participation in the development of Ukraine as leaders of change and public figures.

Social support and psychological rehabilitation

• Veteran Support Center "Veteran Priority" – providing comprehensive assistance
• Psychological support for veterans and their families
• Organization of rehabilitation and adaptation programs

Employment and career development.

• Career development centers for veterans
• Training programs and retraining courses
• Cooperation with businesses to create job opportunities

Establishment of the Union's territorial branches.

• Opening regional offices for veterans in all regions
• Interaction with local authorities and territorial defense
• Conducting training sessions, seminars, and educational programs

Development of military education and instructional activities.

• Training instructors for Territorial Defense training centers, the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), and Volunteer Formations of Territorial Communities (VFTC)
• Organizing courses on combat management and tactical medicine
• Implementing NATO standards in commander training

a center for training a new generation of commanders and leaders capable of effectively managing units and organizations in conditions of war and hybrid threats.
